As a recruiter at National Recruiting Consultants (NRC) since January 2024, Emily leverages credentials and skills as a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA), a licensed specialist in school psychology (LSSP), and a nationally certified school psychologist (NCSP) to source, screen and place qualified candidates for various roles in the field of special education.
With over 5 years of experience in ABA and school psychology, Emily has a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of both employers and candidates in this sector. Her strong therapy, communication and leadership skills enable her to build rapport, trust and long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
Emily is a wife and mother to two toddlers and a baby on the way. She enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time at home with her family and two dogs.
