Dallas, Texas – April 5, 2024 – Staffing Industry Analysts has recognized National Recruiting Consultants as one of the 2024 Best Staffing Firms to Work For. SIA made the announcement during its Executive Forum North America conference in Las Vegas.
More than 400 companies were considered for the honor, which recognizes firms that demonstrate a high level of employee satisfaction. SIA conducted the contest in conjunction with Quantum Workplace. To identify a winner, internal employees at each participating firm completed a survey that measured engagement across multiple categories including communication, team dynamics and trust in leadership. Winners were chosen based entirely on survey results.
