Award-winning veteran is new firm’s founder and CEO
DALLAS, April 2, 2021 – Staffing industry superstar DeLibra Wesley announced the launch of her own healthcare staffing firm National Recruiting Consultants. She founded the company and serves as the chief executive officer.
Wesley was previously the chief operating officer for The Delta Companies, a firm she served for 17 years. She oversaw all aspects of operations from training and compliance to project management and human resources. Wesley, who became TDC’s first minority executive, led their Diversity Council and was awarded “leader of the quarter” multiple times.
Wesley was named to the Staffing Industry Analysts’ Global Power 150 – Women in Staffing list in 2018 and 2020. She gives back to the staffing community by lending her expertise at speaking engagements and on her blog Goals With DeLibra.
