Staffing Industry Analysts has named National Recruiting Consultants CEO DeLibra Wesley to the Diversity Equity and Inclusion Influencers list for a fourth time. She was named to the inaugural list in 2021 and again in 2022 and 2023. SIA says the list includes 49 professionals in the U.S. and Canada who “stand out in their actions and commitment to advancing DE&I in their organizations and communities.”
“Current headlines — and even SIA’s most recent research — show a disappointing decrease in time, attention and resources being spent on diversity, equity and inclusion by businesses and individuals. But our 2024 influencers combat such trends by making DE&I more than an initiative and more of an imperative,” SIA President Ursula Williams said.
