Special Education Teacher
Job Title: Contract special education teacher needed
Location: Surprise, AZ
Job Type: Full time school contract position
Hours per week: 40 per week
Grade Level: K-2
Job Description: Special Education Teacher needed to cover an STC classroom, grade level K-2; 2026/2027 school year coverage needed starting beginning of August 2027; Full time in person position; 40 hr per week;
Qualifications:
- Degree in current specialty field of work from an accredited university
- Current and valid state licensure to practice or current state certificate in field of work required for the position
- One year of experience preferred in role however, a new graduate with fieldwork in a school setting may be considered
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
