With over 20 years of experience in the staffing industry, DeLibra has spent her career connecting talent with opportunity. In 2021, she founded NRC to bring a more personalized, human approach to the recruitment space. However, as a mother, her deepest passion lies in supporting those who support our children: special educators.
Recognizing the immense pressure and unique challenges these professionals face, DeLibra launched NRC Cares to ensure that educators have a support system to lean on in their own times of need. She is dedicated to leveraging her expertise to give back to the community that shapes our future.
Meet our Board of Directors
Emily Donnenfield, President
Emily serves as the President of the Board of Directors for NRC Cares, bringing a unique blend of clinical insight and professional leadership to the organization. Currently a Recruiter, Emily also draws on seven years of experience in the fields of School Psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This diverse background allows her to offer a compassionate, person-centered approach to the nonprofit’s strategic vision and community outreach.
Throughout her career, Emily has been driven by a lifelong passion for helping others and a steadfast commitment to community service. As President, she is dedicated to leveraging her expertise in human behavior and talent development to strengthen the foundation of NRC Cares.
Outside of her professional and philanthropic roles, Emily is a proud mother of three children and two furbabies. She finds her greatest joy in spending quality time with her husband and family, whether they are adventuring in a new environment or enjoying the familiar comfort of their dinner table or couch at home.
Derann Doggett, Secretary
Derann Doggett brings more than 20 years of experience in the non-profit sector—and a whole lot of heart—to her role as Secretary of NRC Cares. She is excited and honored to join the Board, sharing, “I’m grateful for the opportunity to help others in meaningful ways. I’ve benefited from assistance in the past, and know firsthand the powerful impact it can have—especially in education.” When she’s not supporting the mission of NRC Cares, Derann enjoys her job at National Recruiting Consultants where she thrives in her role as a proposal writer.
April Grace, Treasurer
April Grace serves on the Board of Directors for NRC Cares, bringing executive leadership experience as a Chief Operating Officer (COO). With a strong background in operations and organizational strategy, April offers thoughtful oversight and practical insight in support of the nonprofit’s mission.
As a first-time nonprofit board member, April is enthusiastic about the opportunity to give back and support the community. She is passionate about strengthening communities through service, leadership, and collaboration.
Erica Babb, Founding Board Member
Erica Babb brings a powerhouse combination of recruitment strategy and advocacy to the NRC Cares board. With a decade of experience in the staffing industry, Erica currently serves as an Account Executive specializing in matching high-level talent with school districts.
Beyond her corporate expertise, Erica contributes a vital perspective gained through years of nonprofit experience. Her dual understanding of the operational needs of school districts and the philanthropic landscape allows her to bridge the gap between staffing and community support. Erica is deeply committed to the NRC Cares mission, focusing her efforts on providing meaningful relief and resources to special educators.
Jory Hunter, Founding Board Member
Jory Hunter is a foundational pillar of NRC Cares, bringing a sophisticated analytical lens and a deeply personal commitment to the organization’s mission. As a founding member of the Board of Directors, Jory was instrumental in the nonprofit’s inception, playing a lead role in developing its bylaws and crafting the strategic vision that guides its impact today.
Jory’s standout strength is his ability to analyze critical staffing data, identifying trends and efficiencies that others might miss. At NRC Cares, he translates these complex data sets into actionable growth strategies, ensuring that the nonprofit scales effectively to meet the needs of the communities it serves.
Jory’s dedication to the nonprofit sector is rooted in his DNA. Coming from a family of career educators, he possesses an innate understanding of the power of mentorship and professional development. This heritage drives his focus on ensuring NRC Cares creates meaningful pathways for others to succeed.

Colin Dobbs, Founding Board Member
Colin Dobbs is a Board member for NRC Cares, driven by a deep passion for community service and a diverse range of life experiences. Although new to the non-profit sector, he brings a versatile and empathetic approach to the organization’s mission. Professionally, Colin serves as an IT Analyst and Recruiter for National Recruiting Consultants, leveraging his analytical skills and ability to connect with others to make a positive impact.
