Salary: $50,000 – $120,000 per year
Job Description
A National Recruiting Consultants Recruiter is responsible for filling open positions with qualified talent by meeting aggressive hiring goals. You will develop and build relationships with talent by actively sourcing within an internal database, social media, and other available tools.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting Performance & Goals
- Achieve a minimum of 10 hires within the first semester of the school year.
- Achieve a minimum of 20 hires within your first year at National Recruiting Consultants.
- Meet specific weekly performance goals for candidate packets submitted, interviews scheduled, and total hires, as outlined by your supervisor.
- Strategize and execute sourcing plans to maintain a qualified candidate talent pool to meet your weekly, monthly, and quarterly fill ratio goals.
Sourcing and Candidate Management
- Proactively use sourcing strategies to connect with passive candidates to expand your network.
- Review resumes and advertise jobs on social media, job boards, and other media platforms to source potential talent, when available.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings via video and/or phone to assess quality and suitability for open positions.
- Act as a knowledgeable resource for candidates, answering all questions regarding contract details, benefits, and compensation to ensure they are fully onboard before submitting for interviews.
- Maintain communication with current contractors on assignment regarding possible extensions and future placements.
Team Collaboration & Operations
- Communicate effectively and partner with the Account Management team to discuss current and future openings and strategize on how to effectively get them filled in a timely manner.
- Work with the Account Managers and HR on supporting the credentialing and onboarding process for candidates.
- Assist current contractors with ensuring weekly timesheets are completed and resolve any related issues.
- Be available to address urgent candidate issues as they arise, which may occur during or after standard business hours.
- Participate in career fairs and conferences via different platforms to connect with potential talent, which may occasionally require travel.
Skills & Requirements
Professional Experience
- Minimum of 12–18 months recruiting experience required; health care and/or education industry experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in recruiting, staffing, human resources, and/or similar or relevant work experience.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members (especially Account Managers).
- Proven ability to organize and multi-task, completing work in a timely and detail-oriented manner.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret production reports and data.
- Ability to successfully skill market and open new business opportunities.
- Excellent ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external contacts.
Technical Skills
- Working knowledge of computers and software systems including Microsoft Office products and the Internet.
- Experience with internet job boards and online recruiting preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of proper grammar, spelling, and rules of composition.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to work for prolonged periods of sitting, typing, and use of the phone and computer.
