Job Description:
PRN Audiologist needed
* 7 students with audiology services written into their IEPs
* Typically servivces are listed as 60 minutes per year
* Last year the audiologist billed about 80 totday hours – They estimate one day a month
* they will pay a per diem or hourly for travel time into the district as they know there are no local options
* the last person typically came in about once a month for services
* rest of the hours billed were spent on IEP meetings and preperation
Qualifications:
- Degree in current specialty field of work from an accredited university
- Current and valid state licensure to practice or current state certificate in field of work required for the position
- One year of experience preferred in role however, a new graduate with fieldwork in a school setting may be considered
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
