Account Manager

Location: Remote, Preferred states: (Washington, Colorado, Arizona, Ohio, Florida, Georgia)

Salary: $50,000 – $120,000 per year
 

Job Description

As an Account Manager, you will develop and build relationships with new and current clients and expand our market presence through cold calling and business development. You will effectively negotiate and execute staffing agreements with new clients.

  • Develop market, manage accounts, and implement sales strategies to expand your staffing business in the assigned territory with current and new clients.
  • Meet or exceed minimum performance KPIs per week as outlined by your supervisor.
  • Bring in job orders and achieve fill ratio goals on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Negotiate and execute contract staffing agreements.
  • Communicate effectively with client accounts in your assigned territory, following up timely to ensure their needs are met and discussing current and future openings.
  • Support clients in your territory with credentialing and onboarding processes.
  • Be available to handle client issues as they arise during or after hours.
  • Communicate with current clients regarding possible extensions of contractors on assignment and future placements.
  • Partner with your recruiting team to discuss current openings and strategies to fill them promptly.
  • Assist with aging and accounts receivables of your clients.
  • Travel as needed to attend client or candidate conferences or meetings within your territory.
  • Work with current or prospective clients to identify new RFP opportunities in your territory.
  • Effectively present and discuss National Recruiting Consultants and our sales process.
  • Assist in obtaining client-signed timesheets weekly.
  • Receive training in production and sales methods and best practices for selling recruiting services.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills Required

  • Minimum of 12-18 months sales experience required; health care or education industry experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of computers and software systems including Microsoft Office products and the Internet; experience with internet job boards and internet recruiting preferred but not required.
  • Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in recruiting, staffing, production methods, human resources, or similar relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of proper grammar, spelling, and rules of composition.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret production reports.
  • Ability to successfully market skills and open new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team members.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to complete work in a timely manner.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work for prolonged periods sitting, typing, and using the phone and computer.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
