National Recruiting Consultants (NRC) is proud to announce that team member Dr. Aline Milfort, Psy.D., LP, LSP, has been named 2027 National Staffing Employee of the Year, presented by the American Staffing Association (ASA).
The annual award celebrates an exceptional contract professional who exemplifies clinical excellence, community leadership, and extraordinary career achievement. Selected from nominees across the country, Dr. Milfort earned the overall national title while also being named the 2027 ASA Health Care Sector All-Star.
Having an award-winning school psychologist of Dr. Milfort’s caliber on the NRC team reflects the organization’s commitment to connecting school districts with top-tier specialized talent. Since partnering with NRC in 2023 after completing her doctoral studies, Dr. Milfort has delivered psychological assessments and mental health services to K-12 students across 10 school campuses in North Houston, Texas, including the Aldine Independent School District. Her contract partnership with NRC has allowed her to provide high-impact district support while retaining the flexibility to expand her professional leadership.

- Statewide Clinical Recognition: Named the 2025 Outstanding School Psychologist (Doctoral Level) by the Texas Association of School Psychologists.
- National Thought Leadership: Highlighted by the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP) in late 2025 as a featured early-career leader sharing insights on practitioner wellness and community care.
