Staffing Industry Analysts published its 2021 Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Influencers list, which includes National Recruiting Consultants CEO DeLibra Wesley. SIA says the list is made up of 50 professionals in the U.S. and Canada “who have been making great strides in varied ways to move the diversity mission forward.”
“DE&I is a tough subject to discuss freely and openly. This recognition means so much to me because it shows the message is getting out there. It’s a real honor to be among all the amazing people on this list. I’m always looking for new ideas to make my company more inclusive, and reading everyone’s profiles has been really inspiring. There is so much work to do, but I am newly energized and ready to fight,” said Wesley.
